Role Overview: Chemistry Teacher (Cambridge IGCSE)
As a Chemistry Teacher, you will deliver the Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry curriculum, support student learning through engaging instruction, and help cultivate a love for science. You will play a key role in fostering analytical thinking, laboratory skills, and real-world application of scientific principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Valid teaching license (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary level
- Familiarity with the Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry curriculum
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to engage diverse learners using modern teaching technologies
- Demonstrated initiative in curriculum development and extracurricular involvement
