This school is based in Istanbul, Turkey and is looking for a Corporate Communication Specialist. 

Çevre Koleji is seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team. The Corporate Communication Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies that promote the school’s mission, enhance its reputation, and engage various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication Strategy: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to support the school’s objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including the school’s website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, coordinate press coverage, and handle media inquiries.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication plans to keep staff, students, and parents informed and engaged.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the school’s social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing school events, such as open houses, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Crisis Communication: Support the development and implementation of crisis communication plans.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand the communication needs and preferences of the school’s stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Admissions, Marketing, and Administration, to ensure cohesive communication efforts.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience in content creation, editing, and publishing for multiple communication channels.
  • Ability to manage media relations and handle press inquiries effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in event planning and support.
  • Knowledge of crisis communication strategies.
