This school is based in Istanbul, Turkey and is looking for an Executive Assistant. 

Çevre Koleji is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prompt responses.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating school events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for the executive team.
  • Project Assistance: Support various school projects and initiatives, providing administrative and logistical support as needed.
  • Office Management: Ensure the executive office operates smoothly, maintaining office supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

 

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
