Position Overview:
The Arabic Teacher will inspire students to develop their language proficiency, cultural understanding, and appreciation for the Arabic language. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive classroom environment and act as a role model for professional standards and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Arabic language lessons aligned with the curriculum and grade level requirements.
• Develop lesson plans that promote active learning, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to participate and excel.
• Differentiate teaching strategies to accommodate varying learning styles and student abilities.
• Actively incorporate technology into lessons to enhance teaching and student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
• Promote the school’s values of excellence, integrity, and diversity within the classroom and broader school community.
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Participate in school events, professional development opportunities, and extra-curricular activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, or a related field.
• Teaching certification/license (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years recent, full-time teaching experience in a K-12 school.
• Proven ability to teach Arabic at the required grade level.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
• Technology literacy with experience integrating digital tools into classroom instruction.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
