Role Overview: Art Teacher
As the Art Teacher at NIRA International School, you will develop and deliver an engaging art curriculum that encourages creativity, self-expression, and technical skills among students. You will collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning and foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to explore various art techniques and mediums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Art Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in art or a related subject
- Strong knowledge of art techniques, curriculum design, and child development
- Effective classroom management and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working in an international, multicultural school community
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, proactive in curriculum enrichment and school initiatives
- Ability to integrate technology to enhance teaching and learning
