Role: Art Teacher
The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing students’ artistic talents and fostering their creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging art lessons aligned with the AERO Common Core Plus curriculum.
- Teach various artistic techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media.
- Encourage students to express themselves through creative projects and visual storytelling.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that inspires artistic growth.
- Organize art exhibitions, showcases, and contribute to school-wide creative initiatives.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their artistic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into interdisciplinary projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education or a related field.
- A valid teaching license such as QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in visual arts or a related subject.
- Strong understanding of contemporary art techniques, materials, and digital tools.
- Proven ability to create engaging lessons that inspire creativity and artistic expression.
- Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student well-being.
