Role Summary: Arts & Design Teacher
As the Arts & Design Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ artistic skills and conceptual understanding. You will guide students through various creative processes, including drawing, painting, digital art, sculpture, and mixed media projects. Your role will also involve curating student exhibitions and supporting interdisciplinary learning through collaborative projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Art Education, or a related field
- Recognized teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching arts or design in a school setting
- Strong portfolio and demonstrated knowledge of visual arts and design theory
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Confidence using digital tools and technology to support creative instruction
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and committed to continuous professional growth
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
