Role: Assistant Headteacher – Key Stage 4
As Assistant Headteacher – Key Stage 4, you will:
- Lead and inspire students and staff to achieve excellence in academics and personal growth
- Set high expectations for students and team members, ensuring ambitious learning outcomes
- Develop strategies to enhance student progression and achievement
- Implement teaching and learning approaches that engage and motivate students
- Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Strengthen professional development through training and mentoring initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Certified teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in Key Stage 4 or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of the British National Curriculum
- Strong commitment to academic excellence and student well-being
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills
