Position: Director of Admissions and Marketing (DAM)

Reporting To: School Principal (dotted line report to the Regional Director of Admissions & Marketing, SEAME)

Role Overview: As the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), responsible for driving student enrolment and ensuring an exceptional Family Experience Journey. You will lead the Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) team, fostering collaboration across the school to enhance our brand, communications, and enrolment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement the strategic MAC plan in collaboration with SLT and Regional Office colleagues.
    • Manage the MAC budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
    • Maintain market and competitor knowledge to provide a commercial advantage.
    • Oversee data integrity through CRM systems and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Driving Performance:
    • Use data and insights to enhance enrolment performance and conversion rates.
    • Analyze marketing and enrolment activities to inform decision-making.
    • Monitor team performance and ensure efficient use of Salesforce (CRM).
  • Execution:
    • Lead the development and execution of the Family Experience Journey, ensuring a world-class experience for families.
    • Recruit, develop, and coach the MAC team to deliver high standards.
    • Ensure compliance with the school’s Visual Identity and Tone of Voice guidelines.
  • Building Reputation:
    • Define and communicate a distinctive school brand.
    • Lead the development of the school’s brand framework and oversee external communications.
    • Develop external networks to build awareness and drive enrolment opportunities.
  • Personal Development:
    • Commit to lifelong learning and share knowledge with the team.
    • Stay updated with trends in marketing, admissions, and communications.

 

Candidate Profile:
  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Degree educated with at least seven years of experience in brand-building, sales, or marketing roles.
    • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and coaching teams.
    • Strong project management abilities and experience in launching successful initiatives.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Digital savviness with the ability to enhance the school’s digital presence.
    • Commercially minded with a passion for innovation and results.
    • Resilient, entrepreneurial, and able to work under pressure.
