Position Overview: The Admissions Manager is crucial in managing the admissions and enrolment process at St Cyprian’s School. This role requires a strategic thinker and proactive team player with a positive attitude. The successful candidate will demonstrate high organisational and administrative competence, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.

As a member of the Advancement Office, the Admissions Manager will understand and articulate the St Cyprian’s brand, ensuring a match between the school and prospective families.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Manage Admissions Process: Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective families.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and supporting data to evaluate marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Public Relations: Build relationships with prospective families and manage promotional events and Open Days.
  • Tours and Interviews: Arrange school tours and interviews with the Head, ensuring timely follow-up correspondence as per the Admissions Policy.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Educational Background: Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Marketing.
  • Experience: Significant experience in an administrative and customer-focused environment. Prior experience in a school environment is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with data management systems.
  • Recruitment and Admissions Knowledge: Understanding the principles and practices of recruitment and admissions.
