Role Overview: Cambridge Primary Homeroom Teacher
The Cambridge Primary Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for delivering core subjects—such as English, Mathematics, and Science—to primary students using the Cambridge International Curriculum. The role involves creating engaging, student-centered lesson plans, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and working closely with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development. The ideal candidate should bring enthusiasm, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to continuous professional improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or international teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar teaching role
- Solid understanding of the Cambridge Primary Curriculum
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Passion for early and primary education
