Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Special Education or Human Communication (with degree and ID).
• Proven experience in early stimulation and child neurodevelopment programs.
• Solid knowledge in neurodevelopment with preschool students, with practical strategies to promote comprehensive development.
• Skills in neurodevelopmental assessment and design of personalized interventions.
• Teamwork, leadership and effective communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and early development.

Responsibilities:

• Implement early stimulation programs focused on comprehensive child development.
• Design and deliver innovative activities that integrate tools for sensory, motor and emotional development.
• Conduct neurodevelopmental assessments to identify the specific needs of each child.
• Design personalized interventions in collaboration with families and the teaching team.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues, providing guidance and support in the educational process.
• Constantly update pedagogical strategies according to the latest trends in early childhood education.
