Role Overview: Computer Science Teacher
The successful candidate will teach secondary-level Computer Science in line with IB and/or Cambridge curriculum frameworks. You will guide students through key concepts such as programming, computational thinking, and digital systems while encouraging real-world application through project-based learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or IB/Cambridge school
- Strong subject knowledge in computer science, software development, and digital literacy
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Tech-savvy and able to integrate modern technologies into the classroom
- Committed to professional development and active engagement in school-wide initiatives
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, student-centered environment
