Role: Computer Science Teacher

As a Computer Science Teacher at MBIS, you will:

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in computer science across primary or secondary levels
• Teach programming, digital literacy, and computer systems using up-to-date technologies
• Develop learners’ problem-solving, logical thinking, and collaborative skills
• Support students in preparing for IGCSE and/or A-level examinations
• Participate actively in curriculum development and extracurricular activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology across subjects
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a similar role
• Experience with the English National and Cambridge International Curricula
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Self-motivated and proactive in contributing to school-wide initiatives
