This school is based in Lugano, Switzerland and is looking for a Summer Counselor Positions, All Divisions (HSP, MSP, CDE, Minnows).

TASIS Switzerland is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Counselors for all divisions: High School Program (HSP), Middle School Program (MSP), Children’s Discovery Program (CDE), and Minnows Program. Our summer programs offer a unique opportunity for students aged 4-18 to engage in a variety of academic, cultural, and recreational activities in the stunning Swiss Alps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor students during scheduled activities, meals, and recreational time to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where students feel supported, respected, and encouraged to participate in program activities.
• Assist program staff in organizing and facilitating academic classes, excursions, and special events.
• Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating leadership, responsibility, and professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with fellow counselors and program staff to address any student concerns or issues that may arise.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working with children or teenagers preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (French, Italian, German) a plus.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Switzerland.
