The Berlin Cosmopolitan School (BCS) is an international, non-profit school with a focus on natural sciences, music and dance. The BCS has one Kindergarten and preschool, as well as a primary school and a high school. The The kindergarten and preschool were founded in 2004 and the primary school in 2007 the high school in 2009. Your tasks:

• Responsible for the company’s accounting, including Controlling and financial planning
• Creating budgets and forecasts
• Identification of potential through targeted evaluations and strategic further development of the company in collaboration with the Managing directors
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Commenting and preparing the monthly results
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and results analysis/strategic Controlling
• Collaboration with our external tax office, auditors and Banks
• Handling tax matters
• Responsible for the company’s payment transactions
• Reporting to management
• Responsible for purchasing and ordering
• Optimization of processes in the area of ​​responsibility

Your profile: 

• Successfully completed business studies or comparable Training path
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned commercial areas areas of responsibility
• Very good analytical skills
• Goal-oriented, reliable and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, sense of responsibility
