Role: EAL/ELL Inclusion Teacher

Dubai Heights Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate EAL/ELL Inclusion Teacher to deliver tailored language support and foster an inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for educators who are dedicated to empowering students to excel in English language learning while supporting their academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging EAL/ELL lessons that support students in developing English language skills.
• Assess students’ language abilities and implement effective strategies to improve literacy, reading comprehension, and communication.
• Collaborate with subject teachers to differentiate lesson materials and provide language support across all key stages.
• Develop individualized learning plans to address students’ specific language needs.
• Foster a welcoming classroom environment where multilingual learners feel confident to participate and succeed.
• Provide guidance and resources to support teachers in adapting their instructional methods for EAL/ELL students.
• Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents and staff to ensure ongoing development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Ed. degree or PGCE/PGDE with strong subject knowledge.
• A recognized EAL qualification such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA.
• At least three years’ experience teaching English as an Additional Language in a school setting.
• Previous experience with the National Curriculum for England is desirable.
• Proven ability to support language development across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary stages.
• A passion for creating an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to professional development.
