Role: Early Years Class Teacher (FS1)

As an Early Years Class Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where young learners can thrive.
  • Develop age-appropriate activities that promote language development, motor skills, and social interaction.
  • Assess students’ progress regularly, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
  • Support children’s emotional and social well-being through positive reinforcement and encouragement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) and PGCE (or international equivalent).
  • At least two years’ teaching experience in Early Years (specifically FS1).
  • Teaching experience in a UK school or a reputable British curriculum international school.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, child-centered learning experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
  • A commitment to enhancing student well-being and supporting their early development.
