Role Summary: Early Years Teacher
As an Early Years Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that promote early cognitive, emotional, and physical development. You will create a nurturing classroom environment where young learners feel safe, curious, and supported. Collaboration with colleagues and communication with parents will be key to your success in this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in Early Years or Preschool settings
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to use digital tools to enhance learning experiences
- Self-driven, organized, and committed to ongoing professional growth
