Role Overview: Early Years Teacher
The Early Years Teacher will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that align with the IB PYP framework. The teacher will create a safe, stimulating classroom that promotes exploration, problem-solving, and early foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching license or recognized international certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
- Minimum of two years of experience in early years or primary education
- Familiarity with the IB PYP or similar international curricula preferred
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Commitment to professional learning and continuous growth
