Role Overview: Early Years Teacher
As an Early Years Teacher, you will lead a classroom of young learners aged 3–5, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth through inquiry-based learning. Your role will include lesson planning, continuous assessment, and engaging with families to support each child’s development in line with Cambridge Early Years standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood settings
- Strong understanding of early childhood learning and development
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Passion for working in a multicultural school community
- Ability to incorporate technology to enhance learning experiences
- Self-motivated, creative, and committed to professional growth
