Role Overview
The Early Years Teacher will design and implement engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of preschool and kindergarten students. This role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where children can develop social, emotional, and academic skills through play-based and inquiry-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based learning
- Foster creativity, curiosity, and independence in young learners
- Maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives
- Engage with parents to support student progress and well-being

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in early years or international settings
- Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based learning
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural school community
- Commitment to professional growth and innovative teaching practices
