About Panyathip British International School
Established in 2001, Panyathip British International School began with just 38 students and 12 teachers, offering early childhood education up to Year 3. Today, the school serves over 1,000 students and employs more than 400 staff members across four purpose-built campuses in Laos.

Role Overview
As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will create a warm, inclusive classroom and collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- A valid teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Early Years or similar role
- Familiarity with the British Curriculum is preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to integrate technology into early years learning
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to whole-school initiatives
- Commitment to professional development and collaborative learning
