Role Overview: Early Years Teacher

As an Early Years Teacher, you will guide children aged 3 to 5 in developing essential cognitive, social, and emotional skills. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, focusing on language development, numeracy, creativity, and personal well-being. You will also collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the British Early Years curriculum
• Foster curiosity, independence, and active learning through play-based instruction
• Track student development and provide regular feedback to parents
• Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and empathy in a multicultural classroom
• Integrate technology to support teaching and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school-wide initiatives
• Participate in school events and contribute to extracurricular activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid teaching license or international certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Early Years, preferably within the British curriculum
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with young children in a diverse international setting
• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices
