Role: Early Years Teacher
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Use play-based and inquiry-based learning approaches to support early development
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, tailoring instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Incorporate digital tools and educational technology into classroom activities
- Communicate consistently with parents to ensure shared understanding of student development
- Maintain a nurturing and safe classroom environment
- Contribute to school events, curriculum enrichment, and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a positive learning culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field
- Postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in early years or similar settings
- Experience with the Cambridge or IPC curriculum is preferred
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
