Role: Early Years Teacher (PYP)

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework.
• Create a nurturing learning environment that supports young children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Use creative teaching methods to foster curiosity and encourage hands-on learning.
• Assess student progress and provide individualized support to ensure academic growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed, PGCE, or PGDE.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Early Years, preferably in a PYP curriculum school.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• A passion for creating a positive learning environment that encourages young children to explore, discover, and grow.
• The ability to integrate play-based learning, creative activities, and inquiry-led teaching strategies.
