The school delivers a U.S.-based STEM curriculum that integrates Engineering and Technology classes daily for grades 1–11. Role Overview

The Early Years Teacher will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the holistic development of preschool and kindergarten students. This role involves fostering early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills while encouraging exploration, play-based learning, and creativity. Teachers are expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure each child thrives both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum three years of relevant teaching experience
• Familiarity with international or U.S.-based curricula
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse international school community
