Role: Early Years Teacher

As an Early Years Teacher at MBIS, you will:

• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Promote creativity, independence, and positive behavior through structured play and inquiry-based learning
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and school leaders to enhance curriculum planning and school-wide initiatives
• Integrate technology to enrich learning and track student progress
• Participate in professional development and reflect on teaching practice regularly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting
• Familiarity with the English National Curriculum and/or Cambridge International Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Motivated, proactive, and committed to lifelong learning
