Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development and Delivery: Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans for kindergarten students.
  • Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
  • Use of Educational Technology: Utilize educational technologies, including smart boards, to enhance the learning experience.
  • Continuous Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to encourage their development.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with early childhood education trends and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute interdisciplinary projects and school events.

 

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Graduate of Early Childhood Education, Child Development and Education, or Preschool Education.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
  • Military Service: For male candidates, military service must be completed or deferred for at least 2 years.
  • Passion for Teaching: A deep love for teaching young children and a commitment to their overall development.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with young children and their parents.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using educational technology and smart boards in the classroom.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Enthusiastic about creating new teaching materials and methods.
