Role Overview: Economics Teacher (Cambridge IGCSE)
As an IGCSE Economics Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons that develop students’ understanding of economic theory, financial systems, market behavior, and global economics. Your role will include creating engaging lesson plans, preparing students for IGCSE assessments, and supporting a dynamic learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within the Cambridge IGCSE framework
- Deep knowledge of the IGCSE Economics syllabus and exam requirements
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Passion for teaching in an international school community
- Proficiency in integrating technology into lesson delivery
