Role Overview: Economics Teacher
We are looking for an enthusiastic Economics Teacher who can deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary-level students. You will design and deliver Cambridge-aligned lesson plans, assess student progress, and actively support each learner’s development in economic literacy and critical thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a closely related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Tech-savvy and confident in using digital tools for teaching and learning
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to ongoing professional development
- Able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
