Role Overview
The Elementary Class Teacher will be responsible for teaching a broad range of subjects to students in the elementary grade levels. Key Responsibilities
- Teach core elementary subjects, including language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies
- Create engaging, differentiated lesson plans that support diverse learning needs
- Integrate a biblical worldview into daily teaching and classroom discussions
- Foster creativity, collaboration, and independent learning among students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in international or Christian schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Familiarity with international or American curricula
- Commitment to professional development and collaboration
- Enthusiasm for working in a diverse international Christian school community
