Role Overview

As an Elementary Class Teacher, you will create engaging and supportive classroom experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. You will play a key role in helping students build a solid foundation in literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies, while also integrating Christian values into everyday learning. Beyond academics, the role involves guiding students in character development and fostering a sense of responsibility and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and manage a full-time elementary class across core subjects
• Design and deliver lessons that meet diverse student needs and learning styles
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth
• Integrate technology to enrich classroom learning and engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school-wide initiatives
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships
• Participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, and school events that strengthen community life

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• At least three years of teaching experience at the elementary level
• Familiarity with international or U.S.-based curricula
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for teaching in a diverse, international school environment
• Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Independent, proactive, and motivated to enrich both curriculum and wider school initiatives
