Role: Elementary ELA Teacher
As an Elementary ELA Teacher, you will design and implement dynamic lessons that build foundational literacy skills and promote a lifelong love of reading and writing. Your role will help students become effective communicators and critical thinkers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive ELA instruction aligned with U.S. standards
- Use diverse texts to develop students’ literacy and comprehension skills
- Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Incorporate digital tools and multimedia to enhance learning
- Track student progress using formative and summative assessments
- Collaborate with other educators to plan cross-curricular units

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
- Valid teaching license (e.g., PGCE, QTS, U.S. State Certification)
- Minimum of 2 years of elementary teaching experience
- Familiarity with international or U.S.-based curricula
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
- Ability to integrate technology to support student learning
