Role Overview: Elementary English Teacher
As an Elementary English Teacher, you will guide students in developing strong literacy skills while fostering a love of reading and writing. You will create engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with international standards. Through differentiated instruction and active learning strategies, you will support student progress in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver English language lessons that meet diverse student needs
- Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment
- Collaborate with teaching teams on curriculum planning and cross-curricular projects
- Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to support student development

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting
- Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB PYP or Common Core) preferred
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
