Role: Elementary English Teacher
As an Elementary English Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. You will create a nurturing classroom environment that supports student-centered learning and encourages curiosity and creativity. Lesson planning, formative assessments, and differentiated instruction will form key components of your daily practice.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff will support a collaborative and inclusive school culture. The ability to integrate technology into lessons to enhance learning outcomes is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching English at the primary or elementary level
- Solid understanding of early literacy development and international curriculum standards
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Ability to engage students with diverse learning needs
- Confident in using educational technology to support teaching and learning
