Position Overview: Elementary Music Teacher
The successful candidate will deliver engaging music lessons for elementary-aged students, incorporating singing, rhythm, movement, and instrumental music. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate general music instruction
- Plan lessons aligned with curriculum standards and learning goals
- Prepare students for musical performances and school events
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s music program
- Engage parents in student learning through communication and performances

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of two years teaching experience, preferably in an international school
- Familiarity with American or international curricula
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Confident in using educational technology in music instruction
- Creative, self-motivated, and dedicated to lifelong learning
