Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education is preferred.
• Teaching diploma, certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in an IB PYP setting.
• Strong commitment to professional growth with innovative, student-centered teaching methods.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with the IB Primary Years Programme or similar inquiry-based curriculum.
• Ability to integrate technology to enhance learning.
