Role Overview: Elementary Teacher
KIS seeks a qualified and dedicated educator to join its elementary teaching team. The successful candidate will create a stimulating, supportive classroom environment where students feel safe to explore, take risks, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, standards-based lessons across core elementary subjects
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Foster positive classroom culture and strong student relationships
- Regularly assess and track student progress using varied methods
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school events
- Communicate effectively with parents and the school community

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of relevant teaching experience, ideally in international settings
- Familiarity with international and inquiry-based curricula
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Enthusiastic about global education and inclusive learning
