Role: English Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
- Teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, preparing students for GCSE, A-Level, and IB English exams.
- Foster a love for literature, creative writing, and analytical thinking.
- Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Provide personalized support and feedback to help students excel in reading, writing, and critical analysis.
- Collaborate with the English department to develop engaging lesson plans and extracurricular activities.
- Organize and lead debate clubs, writing workshops, and literary events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
- Valid teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching English at the Secondary level.
- A passion for language, literature, and student engagement.
- Strong ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge students.
