Experience- Minimum 2 years in teaching English to higher grades, IGCSE and IBDP.
Education – PhD/M.Phil/Post-Graduate Degree/B.Ed./PGDIE/CIDTL preferred

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher with IGCSE and IBDP experience to join our thriving English Department. The successful candidate should be comfortable teaching students from Grade 6 through to IGCSE and IBDP. A willingness to be fully involved in the extra-curricular life of a busy boarding school is essential.

Position description:
The teacher is responsible for delivering Cambridge IGCSE/IBDP curriculum for various Grade levels as assigned by the Principal and timetabled by the school. He/she works as part of the department team to provide effective teaching and learning programmes focused on improving student engagement and achievement in one or more Learning Areas. The teacher actively promotes and reinforces the TISB Vision and Mission and exhibits professional responsibility at all times. He/she is a positive and professional role model, an expert in their subject area and contributes to the school through their professional relationships with students, parents and the wider community.
