Role: EYC/Kindergarten Teacher

We are looking for an experienced educator with a deep understanding of early childhood development. The ideal candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) from England
• Plan and implement hands-on, play-based activities that spark curiosity and promote early learning
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure consistency across the early years programme
• Monitor and assess student progress to inform instructional planning and share updates with parents
• Promote the school’s values through active engagement in community events and co-curricular activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proactive, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
• Culturally responsive and enthusiastic about working in a diverse international community
• Comfortable using technology to enhance student learning
