Role: EYFS or KS1 Class Teacher
As an EYFS or KS1 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum for England.
- Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports both academic and social development.
- Using creative teaching methods to inspire curiosity and build strong foundational skills.
- Monitoring student progress through assessments and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Encouraging student independence and promoting key life skills through engaging activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) or a PGCE (or an international equivalent).
- At least two years’ teaching experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1.
- Proven experience in a UK setting or within a well-established British curriculum or international school.
- A strong understanding of child development and effective classroom management strategies.
- Experience contributing to a successful educational organization.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
