Role: Geography Teacher
As a Geography Teacher at Inspiros International School, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum
- Inspire students to understand geographical concepts, develop map-reading skills, and explore global challenges
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and digital tools to enrich the classroom experience
- Promote analytical thinking and problem-solving through real-world case studies
- Assess student performance and provide targeted feedback to support progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary learning
- Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom culture that values student voice and active participation
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography or a related subject
- Recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of Geography and familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum
- Effective classroom management and strong communication skills
- A proactive and collaborative mindset suited to an international school setting
- Commitment to continuous professional learning
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
