Job Role: Grade 4 Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Common Core Standards and IB PYP framework.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry and student participation.
- Utilize formative and summative assessments to track student progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices.
- Engage with parents and guardians to support student learning and academic success.
- Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- At least two years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and the IB PYP framework.
- Passion for fostering a student-centered and engaging learning environment.
