Position: Head of KS1

The Head of KS1 will lead and support a team of teachers in delivering high-quality education to young learners. This role involves curriculum planning, teacher mentorship, and student progress monitoring to ensure excellence in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the teaching and learning strategies in Key Stage 1.
• Ensure the UK curriculum is effectively implemented.
• Lead professional development sessions for KS1 teachers.
• Support teachers in classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment.
• Collaborate with school leadership to improve academic performance and student engagement.
• Build a positive and inspiring school culture for students, staff, and parents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• UK degree plus PGCE (essential).
• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.
• Recent UK teaching experience or knowledge of current UK educational practices.
• Proven leadership skills in a primary education setting.
• Passion for early childhood education and student development.
