Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school in alignment with Beaconhouse’s educational philosophy and values.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of academic and extracurricular programs.
• Lead the continuous improvement of teaching and learning outcomes.

Operational Management:

• Ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the school, including curriculum delivery, staff performance, and student engagement.
• Manage the school’s financial and administrative resources responsibly.
• Maintain compliance with local education regulations and accreditation standards.

Community Building:

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture among staff, students, and parents.
• Act as a key representative of the school, building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Engage with the wider community to enhance the school’s reputation and outreach.

Staff Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing faculty and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background:

• Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field is essential.

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in a reputable educational institution.
