Role: Head of School

As the Head of School, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of school operations and ensuring that the IB curriculum is delivered effectively. You will work closely with faculty, staff, students, and the broader school community to uphold the school’s values and vision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the school in delivering the highest standards of education and achieving excellence in all areas
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for academic and extracurricular programs
• Providing visionary leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in an international or IB school environment
• Strong track record of driving academic success and fostering student well-being
• Valid teaching certification and experience working in educational leadership
• In-depth knowledge of the IB curriculum (preferred but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for promoting diversity, inclusion, and global citizenship
