Job Description:

• Educational Background: Graduate from the Faculty of Education with pedagogical formation, preferably with a Master’s or Doctorate degree.
• Experience: At least 5 years of management experience in primary and secondary education institutions, with team management experience.
• Qualifications: Meets the appointment criteria of the Ministry of National Education (MEB) and has the managerial competencies as per MEB regulations.
• Skills:
  • Strong corporate representation and presentation skills.
  • High social confidence and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, success-driven, and research-focused.
  • Innovative with knowledge of educational technologies and applications.
• Language: Preferably proficient in English.
• Military Service: For male candidates, military service must be completed or deferred for at least 2 years.
