Role Overview
The High School Biology Teacher will lead engaging and rigorous science lessons that develop student knowledge of biological concepts, scientific inquiry, and lab-based experimentation. You will foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while connecting classroom instruction to real-world applications. Collaboration with colleagues across subjects is essential, as THS values cross-curricular and project-based learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Science Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience teaching biology at the high school level.
- Strong knowledge of international curricula and modern pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working in a diverse international school community.
- Ability to use technology to enhance science teaching and learning.
